INTERIOR

• Clean/dust the home from top to bottom

• Open blinds and curtains

• Make sure windows and appliances are streak free. It will show up in photos

• Turn OFF all ceiling fans

• Declutter all unnecessary items

• Make sure bedding is fresh and appealing

• Straighten towels and close toilet seats

• Straighten pillows, adjust throw blankets and other décor to your liking

• Straighten wall hangings

• Replace any burnt out bulbs throughout the home

EXTERIOR

• Make sure all landscaping and yard prep is done prior to arrival

• Set up yard games to showcase in photos

• Clean pool, BBQ’s, hot tubs, etc.

• Remove cars from driveway and front of home

• Hide garbage cans so they are not visible from the street

• For twilight shoots turn ON all outdoor lighting

THE BASICS

• Dishes - sponges - small counter appliances

• Personal items - things you do not want photographed

• Remotes - electronics - keys - mail

• All trash cans

THINGS TO REMEMBER

• Make sure all landscaping is completed prior to arrival

• If you’re feeling ambitious a few newly planted flowers and plants are a nice touch
